Reservations are made regarding printing errors, tax changes and currency changes. All prices are current prices and are updated regularly.
Terms of payment
The following payments can be used:
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro and Mobilepay
The payment for your purchase will be withdrawn in your account the day we ship your order.
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer but note that your purchase first will be shipped the day we receive your payment. If the payment is not received within one week, your order will be deleted.
By bank transfer, please inform your order number.

You can also pay with mobilepay to the number 44019. Please inform your order number. Like bank transfer, your order is shipped the day we receive your payment. If the payment is not received within one week, your order will be deleted.
Delivery outside Denmark
We ship to the following countries outside Denmark: Sweden, Germany, Faroe Islands, Netherlands, France, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Estonia, Lithuania, Iceland and Ireland (please note that we only ship to mainland for the above mentioned countries). See prices, cf. price list above. Please note that delivery abroad is 2-10 days.
We ship regular packages that is 0,2 cubic and maximum 20 kg abroad. Large goods (above 0,2 cubic) such as mattress can be shipped according to agreement with customer service.
GLS private delivery
If no one is home when your packet is delivered, it will be delivered at a GLS shop. GLS only deliver packets on business days.
Delivery with carrier
Large goods such as adult mattresses and mattress toppers can be delivered upon request with customer service.
Terms and conditions applicable to regular packages.
We reserve the right to charge a fee equal to our actual expenses to resend the package to you. If the order is cancelled, a fee corresponding to the amount it costs us to receive an uncollected package return is charged.
If you have entered the wrong name or address and the package returns because of this, we reserve the right to charge a fee corresponding to our actual expenses to resend the parcel to you, cf. our price list.
Terms and conditions applicable to packages delivered by carrier.
Big packages such as junior, adult and top mattress will be delivered by carrier to your home address. There MUST be someone to receive the item. Also, the carrier must be notified in advance of where the package, at the customer’s own risk, must be delivered. The carrier must also have your telephone number so that he can notify you when he knows when he will arrive at the address. If the order is to be resubmitted, there will be another shipping fee on the shipment.
When the package arrives, it is important that you check the packaging BEFORE you sign the reception. If your item is damaged, you must state what is wrong on your receipt. Otherwise the carrier may reject any liability for the transport damage. You must immediately notify us of any damage, and within 24 hours at the latest.
Take a photo of the packaging before you unpack the item. Then you are sure to have documentation if it turns out that your goods are damaged.

Order confirmation & invoice
You will receive an order confirmation on e-mail when you have completed a purchase and an invoice on e-mail when we ship your order.

We use Quickpay and Clearhouse to manage our payments on our online shop. Your payment information will be sent from Cocoon Company to Quickpay and Clearhouse by an encrypted line. Cocoon Company have no access to your personal payment information. Quickpay is certified by PCI Security Standards Council.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
All purchases are subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act rule on 24 months of warranty, which means that you as a customer can complain about errors or defects in your product within 24 months of purchase. The rule does not apply when errors, damages or wear and tear occur due to improper use, failure of maintenance, violence or ordinary wear and tear.
Note! We reserve the right to reject complaints on goods where the differences in colors and sizes are less than 10%.

Note! Before returning an item, you MUST contact Cocoon Company ApS. You may not need to return the item, if it is possible to see the damage on a picture. If the item is returned without an agreement with customer service, we will NOT pay the cost of the return.
