Exchange and returns
When you receive your package, you have 14 days to exchange or return your item. When exchanging or returning a product, you must pay the postage yourself to the following address:
Note! We do not collect return parcels at the post office or in the package shop. We do not receive parcels sent by C.O.D. (cash on demand) and we cannot receive packages sent with DAO. Upon return, it is you who is liable for the item if it disappears or if is damaged during shipment.
Upon exchange, we ship your new product without extra charge at the first exchange.
The returned item must be as in new and unused condition. Please note that the item must not have any external odors, such as perfume or smoke. The item cannot be returned if the packaging is broken, missing or damaged and where this is a prerequisite for reselling the item.
You cannot return your laundry product if the packaging is broken.
When you regret your purchase, your money will be returned to the same payment card as used when making your order. The refund will occur as soon as we have received your item and approved that the returned item is unused and undamaged. Your postage will not be refunded.
All purchases are subject to the Danish Sale of Goods Act rule on 24 months of warranty, which means that you as a customer can complain about errors or defects in your product within 24 months of purchase. The rule does not apply when errors, damages or wear and tear occur due to improper use, failure of maintenance, violence or ordinary wear and tear.
Note! We reserve the right to reject complaints on goods where the differences in colors and sizes are less than 10%.

Note! Before returning an item, you MUST contact Cocoon Company ApS. You may not need to return the item, if it is possible to see the damage on a picture. If the item is returned without an agreement with customer service, we will NOT pay the cost of the return.
